Got an error message saying WA does not support .ca sites, is this true?
WA's domain registration capabilities don't include all of the possible TLDs. I'm a bit surprised that .ca isn't one of them considering that Kyle and Carson are both Canadians. :=)
Even if you cannot transfer your domain's registration to WA, though, you can still change the DNS settings at whichever registrar you use to utilize WA hosting for your site.
Transfer domain from godaddy to wa?
Got an error message saying WA does not support .ca sites, is this true?
Thanks everyone for replying, I did buy my domain name elsewhere and it is hosted here at WA, but I was trying to consolidate everything in one place seeing as we can now buy our domain names through WA. And me too I'm surprised .ca is not supported seeing as both Kyle and Carson are Canadian, hopefully that will change in the future :)

Thanks for your help Ben, solved the problem this morning, Happy New Year to you and your family, Sylvie :)
The problem doesn't seem to be with WordPress. I downloaded your image to my computer and then placed it in a post http://adelaidebusinesses.com/problem-image This website is a dot com hosted at Wealthy Affiliate. I'm sorry, I have no idea why you can't upload the image to your site. Are you following these instructions? Insert Image into a Post or Page
Hi Marion, thanks for your help, I watched your video and the gremlins are gone this morning because me too I have been able to upload the file, the only thing I can blame I guess is maybe the weather, I am in eastern Canada and we received 40 centimetres of snow yesterday. The good news is that it worked, Happy New Years to you and your family, Sylvie :)
Hi Loes, that's exactly what happened, I stopped trying yesterday and today I uploaded with no problem. I live in a rural area and we got a huge snow storm yesterday, could be what caused the problems. Thanks for your help, Happy New Year to you and your family, Sylvie :)
If you resize your image to around 700 px wide before you upload then you should not have any more problems.
Hi Marion, I have 2 copies of the picture, I've resized both and no go, I'm baffled, I have 10 pictures in my library which I uploaded with no problem. The only thing that has changed is I bought my domain name from GoDaddy and have moved my site to a .ca site, but it's still hosted here at WA. Don't know what else to do, thanks for your help, Sylvie :)
Hi Billybons, the image is 2443 x 2039 pixels, 72 dpi. I've actually been able to download to my profile here on WA, the issue seems to be with WordPress. Thanks for your help, Sylvie :)
So, being able to download it to WA, which is, I believe, also WP-based, make me think, it may not be WP issue. Unless, of course, they have different limitations for different acount plans.
It just says 'http error', I'm well within the size limit, the picture is only 1.28 MB. Thanks for your help, Sylvie :)
Hi White3322, I've been trying since yesterday afternoon, multiple attempts, the image is now on my profile page here at WA if you want to see it, the cooking image. Thanks for your help, Sylvie :)

Was wondering if anyone would know why my ranking number is different on my profile page than the one that shows up in the menu at the top of the WA page, thanks for your help,
There is always a little bit of a delay. It usually catches up within a half a day. You can always see your current rank by clicking on your profile button where it says view profile. The rank is right above that. Dave.
