Don't Make This Mistake In Your Business
Don't make this mistake in your business. I see this happen all the time Whenever I visit websites or blogs. People spend many hours writing content, making videos or creating audios.
The thing is most times they forget or don't bother putting in a call to action. What is a call to action you may ask, something as simple as an optin page, a buy button,a follow me on social media button, or a subscribe to my You Tube channel button.
The thing is if you don't actually tell people what to do, then the likelihood is they won't do anything. So if you're happy spending hours of your time writing a blog post without any reason, go right ahead.
As for me I look at my website like a business and not a hobby. I am pretty sure you wouldn't go into a job to work all week for no money. So if you really take your website and run it like a business. Then it is advisable to have a reason every time you create a post or piece of content.
If people just read content in your blog and have nothing to buy or sell, no reason for people to opt in to your email list. Or no reason for people to follow you on social media. Then I can pretty much guarantee you that, You will not increase what you can make. In fact your income will only stagnate.
So if you're really interested in making an income from your blog or working online. Then make sure to decide what the purpose of your blog post is. Even before you start.
If you want to be really honest with yourself, go now to your website click on a few posts or pages. And ask yourself what opportunities there are for you to make some money. The first time you do this exercise you might actually be shocked.
Even something as simple as setting up a payment system or adding a product or services for sale on your blog, can make the difference between having a hobby or a business.
