Headings

Hello, Wealthy Affiliate friends,

I thought of the above-subject "Headings" while trying to read emails this evening. While reading some of the emails, I was reminded of one of the suggested improvements by AISEO on my website which was about two months ago or so. That I cannot make the headings in bold as Google will read them as HTML. Also, that my headings should only have one H1 and one H2. Because of that suggestion, I had to go over each article on my website and unbold the headings, and also made sure, there are only one H1 and one H2 in each article. Spent so much time correcting the heading on my articles.

So my question is, how do you make the letters fat without using the bold feature? I use GP Pro. So I hope if there are others having this kind of problem, will get an answer and help them as well.

As always, thank you so much in advance for any feedback you can give.

BTW, I received a COVID vaccine today and now I am feeling pain in my right upper arm. Hope it will go away soon. I feel pain when I press on it.

Stay well all! It is almost 1AM in my time zone.

Cheers

Evelyn

I used GP Pro same as yours.
For new AIOSEO, the title is always H1.
When I start writing content, I put Introduction as H2 Heading. To recommend the purpose of this post and topics to be discussed in this post.
For every topic I want to discuss, I start with H3 heading, follow by H4 heading as the sub - title of the same topic of H3 heading. If I need H5 heading, means it is a sub - title for heading H4 topic.
I hope my explanation is clear to you. This workout has cleared the error given by Google.

Thank you for your input, Stephen. When I found out about the rules on the use of headings, I researched a bit. So for the past two months, I have been doing similar to what you do. The only difference is, I use H1 on the most important part or topic of the page and I use H2 for the next most important topic discussion.

The other issue I bumped into is the bolding of the headings. According to the research I read, Google sometimes reads bolded headings as HTML or links and will be a problem crawling my website. My new articles have not been indexed since
August 2020 so I have been trying to fix issues what AIOSEO tells me that my website has. I fixed the problem and my articles are still waiting to be indexed by Google.

Please be reminded that H1 headline can use one time per gage only.

Ok, thank you.

The pain Rub it kindy hard, keep massaging it hard don't hurt your self but with some pressure and it should go away. Not sure of the problem I have not had any problem with the bold but, when I am writing a blog, where it said Heading, I capitalize the letters I want to use and it OK, then I proceed to paragraph I click in paragraph and I click on the # 1 or 2 and so on change the different sizes, making it as large as you want or small as you want, hope this help not sure what computer you are using I am using window Desk top. feel better soon, be Bless.

Thank you so much, Dorothy. I did rub my arm with essential oil before going to bed and then some more this morning. It seems better.

I like making my headings to be in specific font size and then make them bold but making them bold presented an issue. It never did in the past.

Thank you and appreciated your suggestions.

Cheers,
Evelyn

I didn't know you should only have one H2. My posts have several. I'm going to have to change them now. I wonder is it a big issue, as it's a hugh job.

That’s my understanding, and so. . . yes, it is a big job if you have over 50 articles. I have under 50.
Thanks for stopping by.
