What is Lifestyle Blogging?
I have a baby sleep niche site called goodnightmybaby.com
Like fellow member Tmaltz, I outsource my articles. I go to Fiver and pay someone about $10 to compose me a 1000 word article. Sometimes I will pay $20 for a 2000 word article. Just because they come out so well written ( much better written than if I would have composed it ) and when I post it, I make sure to add a Pinterest friendly header image and add that to my Pinterest profile. I have about 23 articles and I think when I get to 30 that is when Google will start taking me seriously and rank me.
But what is Lifestyle Blogging?Along with WA training , I purchased "Blogging for Traffic" by Elna Cain from TwinsMommy.com, she says that she doesnt do keyword research. She just writes naturally and SEO naturally takes care of itself. Is this true?
I emailed her and asked her to embelish more on this writing without keyword research. She said if I just blogged everyday and make it at least 1000 words that google will rank me so much quicker because I am pumping out fresh consistent content.
I purchased a URL in my name that is bare bones and that is how I want to do it. But I dont want to waste my time writing if its not going to work.
What do you think? If I write everyday , on MY Life, not so much about reviewing things or solving peoples problems..... more life solving my own and talking about them. Do you think it will ever rank or no?
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between niche blogging and lifestyle blogging also?

Due to LSI google will index all words in an article whether or not you use keywords or keyword research tools.
The very best articles look naturally written and are very hard to tell what they actual keywords are. Keywords and the associated tools are only a guide, and good for finding out what to freaking write about too!.
"Freestyle" as I call it is something I have done from time to time but not on a new site. I wait until it has some authority with google first before considering it.
Just one question - do you check the articles you get on Google to make sure they aren't duplicate content? A well written article at a penny a word seems a bit of a stretch.
Yes, when I publish it in SiteContent, CopyScape goes over it to make sure its legit. I never had an issue. The person who writes these articles for me is from Kenya. Her english is impeccable. When I read over her work, I might see one or two grammatical errors that are easy to fix but all in all the body of work is great. I think in Africa $5 goes a long way that is why it is so cheap.
Okay, but just know that the Google algorithms are very astute in identifying non-native English speakers. Word selection, syntax, punctuation, capitalization are all part of it. It will take one native speaker to spot another who may not be native.
Yes, you can definitely do that. There are many popular websites that do not concern themselves with keyword research "as such".
In the end you will still need to know what people are asking about, what problems they are trying to solve, so you can help them.
Everyone I know who is successful in this method of blogging spends time on formums in their niche, and a lot of time on social media.
You have a good looking website and If I were you I would publish a lot on my facebook and google+ accounts. Don't just share your post on your own f/b page, but write short post and only publish them on your f/b page to get people talking to you there. And find as many other "baby" facebook groups as you can and join them and join the conversations there. Every once in a while mention your own site on those groups
