The Small Decisions
This morning, I was reading a few of Jerry Juang's posts. He has worked extremely hard this year and has been very successful as result. He has already earned his spot to Vegas. His posts share his successes and provide valuable tips about what it took to obtain that success.
In his July post, Jerry stated:
"What we can achieve actually depends on the small decisions we make every day"
I think this is going to be my motivational thought of the week. Thanks Jerry! I hope that his words of wisdom can help keep you focused this week also.

I believe that we have a lot of motivators in WA but you are doing well and I like to give credit where it is due and Thank you, Jerry, for the words of wisdom.

I found Jerry's post to be very inspirational. One of the things I like about WA is the number of people that are willing to share motivational tips and advise. That is what makes WA such a special community rather than just another online continuing education program.
You are absolutely right I found it encouraging myself and that my friend is awesome. And this community is very inspirational and motivational I can't say enough about this community because it is so awesome.

I think I may have been a little slow to discover Jerry, but I am glad I did. He certainly motivated me and I am appreciative of how he is willing to share his wisdom.
So true.... the great thing about WA is that there are a variety of success stories. This allows people to celebrate the small successes which in turn become bigger successes.

That is so true. We can decide each day whether or not we are going to rest or move our business forward.
Thank you for your comment. When we feel challenged or stressed or burned out, it is very easy to want to rest. Yet, if we to succeed we have to focus on doing what we do not feel like doing.
