Just Do It

Last Update: February 24, 2020

If you can only accomplish one thing today that relates to your website, what will it be?

Did you know that Nike’s slogan “JUST DO IT” was coined in an advertising agency meeting. 32 years ago? That was a long time ago. Yet, the idea embodied by “JUST DO IT” can be just a relevant to each of us today as it was back then.

Think abou it. The time to start is NOW. Today. When you finish reading this. It is time to do what you have been dreaming of. It is time to do what you have been planning to do. It is time to stop procrastinating and just do it.

In my case, TODAY I will just do it.

I will publish that blog post I have been working on even if it is not perfect. I will do that YouTube video that I have been planning to do. I will pin at least one graphic from the blog post on Pinterest. This week, I will just do it.

What about you?

Are you ready to just do it?

If you can only accomplish one thing today that relates to your website, what will it be?

I hope that you have a super productive week!

Sondra

I'm ready to just do it. No more procrastinating for me. I wrote two posts this weekend. I did some training and keyword research today.

I'm going in to add 'attribution' to an image I used, which couldn't be added during 'Site Content'.
When I come back, I shall be picking a post from a deleted site and see if I can't mould a new post from it.
I shall be 'doing'

It sounds like we will be doing similar things today. I have to remind myself that doing is better than thinking about doing. I am extremely good at the latter, lol.

Have a great day

Hi Sondra

Was wondering if you knew when the term think about it which you mentioned in your post was coined

Have a nice week😊

Wikipedia said 1988. They got the idea from Gary Gilmore who reportedly said "lets do it."

Thanks Sondra!

That was one my good friends fave saying when he was trying to explain why he did something!

Done is better than perfect. I will publish that post I've been putting off even though I'm not thrilled with it! Thanks for sharing.

So true Erica. Striving for perfection creates more challenges than many of us realize.

I hope that you have a productive week.
