Originally I wanted my niche to be about repairing a computer, but as I write my content, it's turning out to be a "Do it yourself" guide. Is this too much info?

Keep it coming many can use it to save money and time

Thank you. I'll continue on in what I'm doing!

No - it doesn't sound like it is going to be too much information. How are you going to monetise your site? :) Beverley

Hi BIS, thank you for your response. I was going sign up either for amazon affilate or ebay affiliate and link people to the parts I suggested that are sold on those sites. I am also thinking about putting google adsense on my pages as well.

My recommendation is to ad pictures, one of you on your personal page and relevant pictures for your posts. A picture can be worth more than 1000 words, especially in a do-it-yourself topic.

Keep the paragraphs short to make them easy to read and use headers to make them easy to skim.

Thank you BasseBlues. I know pictures are important, but I got carried away with my contents.

I would choose one topic per page. Like how to clean a hard drive, next page how to reinstall your software. Another page how to remove Malware, how to get in to the BIOS, ETC Keep it simple. Give step-by-step instructions

Thank you Bill!

Hey Tony. Just in case you're not aware, your homepage says "nothing found." As far as whether or not I think it's too much information, I don't believe so, but I will say that you could work on your formatting some. The information seemed valuable, but I didn't want to read all of it because it looked like a big chunk of text. You've got a great start, but try breaking up the look a bit to help draw the eye down the page.

Thank you Koa, I planned on working on the homepage a little bit later or towards the end when I finish building to content. "looking like a big chunk of text" is what I was afraid of and that's what led me feel that I should scale my content back a little.

It's a fine balance between giving away enough free information to gain trust without giving away the farm.

Thank you, steve.

I'm having trouble using the WA Keyword tool lately. I've been getting a google" did not match any documents" message result in the pop up page on most of the words I am resear

No, I haven't had any problems with it.

Yes, I get them. But the tool say they are searched for, so I have to go with that. Google shows you the result for an exact phrase match in quotes.

It's working for me too - what sort of words are you looking for?

I use it. I just checked it and it still works fine for me.

Maybe you aren't getting any matches because you have a no competition keyword. That's a good thing!

Thanks jenna! I just find it odd that most of the words I find dont have aatch result

That does seem really strange. I get non matching results every once in a while, but I don't think I get them as often as you are.

Sorry I am not really of any help-maybe try chat or send a pm to someone?
