Fire your Boss, no, actually help the boss to succeed!
The work space is uncertain. Daily we "all" hear about fellow human beings that are called into their BOSS for a meeting. "I'm sorry, but I have to let you go.
What should they do now?
• Bills
• Spouse
• Kids
• Loans
• Self esteam
• etc
My personal opinion is this: We all want to succeed. Most of us would like to make a better living and do good - help people. But let's face it. It's uncertain times (and I might add: It has always beem uncertain times). Visited Popeii in Italy last week. A huge city - at that time were destroyed over night. Now, 2000 years later Popeii are probably "making more money on tourism than ever before". Uncertain times. Malls, shops, and large companies have to close. And the BOSS might call us in on the carpet to tell us some sad news.
I believe we all have to ajust. It has always been like that.
What about this?
Hi BOSS. When you have some spare time I would love to have a short meeting with you.
- About? (BOSS)
- I might have some ideas on how we can ajust and make some more money! (WE/YOU)
- OK. What about this after noon? (BOSS)
- Sure, I'll be there (WE/YOU)
What we all will learn in WA is 97% something that most BOSSES around the world know nothing about. It could be of great value for the business you and I work in. Follow the coaching, especially the live coaching from Jay each week. What can I learn from this. Could some of this info be used in the business I work in? Could I actually be the Gal and Guy to go too? Ask X (You). He or She know that stuff.
I love the word: Proactive. We are proactive. All of us in WA are proactive. We want a better future for our selves and the people around us. WA is a great community. Most people do not know that and never will. I am 100% certain that all of us in here, at least we who take action, study, learn and implement know more about online marketing than our BOSS.
I'm not sure if this post is usefull. It might be potential crap. But If you fin it usefull - like this post and or hit me with some thought below!
Anyway. I find WA interesting and have made some friends.

Hi Arthur, I think you will get some pretty positive responses to this. I just told my boss that I was leaving yesterday. I know since he is a self-proclaimed SEO famous guru he wouldn't have ever listened to me about what I'm doing here.
Now, in my new job, it's all IT support. I'll see if I can interject something I've learned here at the new job. You never know, something I've learned might be useful.
