I am doing some research and wondering if you could help me out.

With the roll of vaccines beginning across the globe a number of people are hoping to return to some sense of normalcy. The lockdowns and lock ins have created all kinds of issues ranging from :

- proper supports for homeschooling to
- creating balance when working from home to
- recovery from massive financial fallouts in the creative, sporting and entertainment industries amongst many others
- depression from not being able to see loved ones and lots more

What businesses do you think will takeoff once the restrictions are all lifted? If you could say which and give a reason why.

Thanks much,
Hugh

I'm leading to the selfcare. People are so used to being at home and having things slowed down that i predict when the pandemic is over people are going to need help adjusting back to the busy lives and finding time management for selfcare as well as day to day tasks.

You have some very responses here, Hugh.
All worth exploring.

Catherine shared a great post some time ago on evergreen niches: Follow through for parts 2 and 3.

I like her suggestions which could be expanded by some of the boom niches like bitcoin, NFTs and travel.

Thank you for asking.

Yeah Cassi I fortunately read Catherine's very informative evergreen niches prior. Certainly a must read. I wasn't sure about NFT's but Joseph (JbMarketing) send me some stuff to bone up. I am in one of the niches pointed out and trying to get into the mental health one as well. So much to do with so little time lol. Thanks for popping in on me.

Hugh, mental health is good and I would also recommend that you take a holistic view.

The body feeds the mind and the pandemic has magnified the need for us to be more precise and protective of our nutrition and physical health.

The offline product we launched recently is a pre-cursor to driving an online brand in that arena.
A mix of primary health care, (nutrition, dental, vision), life insurance and funeral benefit.
1 product - full spectrum.

Work in the now but lay tentacles to the medium and long term. 😉

hi

I believe the big boom will be Weddings Business and everything is around that because is doing over a year that no one can be married, I just saying, due to what I can see around me, everyone postpones their weddings to this year, so I think in Summertime to end of September it will double up.

But I can be wrong but seems the priests will be busy! lol

regards,

Joao

No Joao I think you are spot on. I have a friend in that space and she anticipates a sharp uptick as several people have delayed wedding plans due to health and space restrictions, locked borders and the prohibition of parties and banning the consumption of alcohol at events and restaurants.

For who have lands to rent for Weddings will be their year to make money

ahahha

In the UK, they said the Hospitality industry will open from 12th April, and in Texas, I listen they go open everything soon

I can't pinpoint exactly what business niches will boom friend. But I can tell this for sure. There will be mental health issues on a massive scale. That means, if someone knows a thing or two about mental health healing, a niche in this field would be something to take on. All the best!

I think you are so right. This is a huge area of concern with all the fallout effects - PTSD depression, anxiety, suicide, withdrawal etc. - that Covid has caused.

Remote working arrangements will be the way of working of the future. The pandemic has forced many organisations to revisit how they work. Many have continued functioning quite successfully with workers at home for almost a year. Companies can save loads of money on rent, leases and employees can have a better quality of life than sitting in traffic for 3 hours per day. Coming in once or twice a month to an office space that's already outfitted for just that purpose - the way to go! https://www.wework.com/

I wonder if the knock on effect will be the selling off of real estate. We will soon see. Thanks much Maria for sharing your experience and view.
