I found an inspiring story here in WA. Excited, I grabbed my affiliate link for that blog post, shortened it using Bitly, and then posted in a Google+ group filled with affiliate links.

Here's my message:

A lot of people stoop down at #Amazon's #affiliate program thinking the earning potential is too small. Well, this story may change your mind. http://bit.ly/2hoq62x

The link was posted, but after a few seconds, there was a pop up with a warning.

Dear Gomer Magtibay,

We've determined that your posts may be in violation of our User Content and Conduct Policy.

Spamming, including sending unwanted promotional or commercial content, or engaging in unwanted or mass solicitation, is not permitted.

Continued violation of our policies can lead to the loss of your ability to use some or all features of Google+. Learn more

Yours sincerely,

The Google+ team

That frightened me.

But with crossed eye brows.

"What? I am receiving that warning? But look, there are hundreds of affiliate links in there already posted. Did they receive the same warning I am receiving?"

That was my reaction. I can't believe I've been flagged when there are hordes of spammers out there with posts some are even outright scams.

Now, my question is, are WA's links blacklisted in Google+?

If that's the case, then I will change strategy in Google+. Perhaps, just sharing blog posts via my own domain name.

Unfortunately it looks like you were caught at the wrong place at the wrong time!

Yeah, caught at the wrong place at the wrong time. I didn't expect it will happen to me, because, prior to my posting, I observed the Google+ community and it was full of links, some even promoting Bitcoin scams.

I can't post WA links in G+ either. I use my website.

Oh, perhaps, that's what Google+ is saying. Lose all privileges. Sad it happened. I will try by tomorrow if I can still share posts via my domain, and it happen that I can't too, then we're now in the same boat! lol

To my understanding, Wealthy Affiliate Link is not allowed in G+ and Pinterest. I also got a warning from G+ too and now I just use my website ULR for posting in G+ and Pinterest

That's what I'm thinking. To just share posts via my domain.

Sounds like we have to find out exactly what the violation rules are on Google. I am not sure and It would be interesting to see what Kyle thinks.

I just came in after a 5 hour sleep, and surprised of the replies. Thanks to the more senior members here, it is now clearer to me why I have been flagged down. Thanks to your comment too.

That is what I have had to do too. I was using bitly as well. I just use my post link and it is fine.
