Hello everyone and happy Monday, hope everyone had a good weekend. I have a question my Pinterest views keeps dropping, for the past few weeks now I can't follow people as I use to without me being blocked.
What Pinterest is telling me is that it is because of and error from their end, went to their help center to inquire more about it but can't seem to reach them. Have anyone ever faced this issue and what did you do slove it.

I also don't understand Pinterest. My views made it up to 175,000 then dropped to 25,000 then moved back up to over 100,000 and have dropped in the last 3 weeks to 50,000. I stopped following everyone when I got up to over 120,000 views, and just chose people with related niches. Other than that I continue to make 4-10 pins per day.

Pinterest is a site mainly for women with design interests or at least that's my understanding of it and a reason I don't use it much focusing on other platforms instead

I get a few clicks on my site every day but so far the effort doesn't seem worth it. If I don't get a better result by the end of the year, I'll probably stop with them.

I stopped a while ago and focus on my blog, twitter, YouTube, IBO toolbox, as main channels

Pinterest is a very powerful search engine, not a social media in the understanding of social media, even so, many call it that.
There have been huge changing in Pinterest last months and even so I haven´t managed to handle it completely I know that now matter more what pin shows interesting in. Which should be good for us.
Too, my reviews pins have been growing which is new for me, before it was number one info posts. I still don´t know if it is because I have been using keywords better, which I have done, or what.
More and more of my traffic come from Pinterest. But of course, it is always a question about niches too, what works. For example, I don´t get much traffic from Instagram.

I can't say I have had this issue, but to be honest, I have always viewed social media as the bonus part of marketing, because the algorithms always change, and not always to our benefit.
Thats why I focus on my blog, building that up, because, effectively social media platforms, are social networking sites, with one difference... We have no control over how they operate, but with our blogs we do
I also tend to concentrate on other business/blog related networks, such as YouTube, Quora, APSense, IBOToolbox,Linkedin and Twitter, where you can contribute regularly, build a following and build your business, in pretty much a clam relaxed manner.
