Hi, and happy Wednesday to everyone hope all is well, have a question for you but before I go there I want to say this. I spent the last several months working so hard on my Pinterest account and got almost eleven thousand followers and then to my surprise my account was suspended because of some violation that I am not aware of.
So what Pinterest said is that they will do their investigation to see if it was an oversight by them or if it really was a violation. A question, has anyone had this terrible experience before and if yes what did you do to get the band lift and did you have to start the whole process over again because after so many months and hard work this is really a shame and disheartening?
Pinterest was supposed to have contacted me a few days ago but I have not heard from them. Do anyone have a contact for them so I can know exactly what is going on. Thanks so much for your help and have a good day.
So request they open it (they have sent you link to do it): If you have done it, do it again.
In my case, some of the repin I had had been taken illegally from the one which started it. So it was not my fault (I am pretty sure that was the case) and you can not do anything to defend you about it.
You keep everything there but as you have been out for a few days, you lost some of the monthly viewers but that comes back quickly.
Pinterest once blocked me because I had two different accounts under the same email, but I don't think that is what has happened to you. The other thing is they no longer accept WA affiliate links to be advertised because members complained about WA spam. Now I only use my own WA promo site review link.
My site got banned indefinitely from Google Adsense, because they said I had violated their rules also. I checked my Google Analytics and unknown to me at the time, it looks like someone from WA - clicked my niche site about 200 times within one hour, on April Fools day. It could have been a prank, but apparently Google saw it as a violation.
Sadly, I have removed my site from my WA profile follow me links, because having too many people from the same platform, visiting my site without reading (understandably to check it as an example) is not acceptable to Google, because the bounce rate is high and it is perceived as cheating to gain ranking.
Sorry, for ranting on your blog, but just giving an example of what may cause programs to block us off.
I do hope that Pinterest will give you back your access, soon.
