I have an interview today with the founder of eClincher, a social media management software tool. The tool helps to automate social media posting on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Google my Business, Youtube, and others. We'll be talking about:

  • SaaS business and his experience
  • and Organic social media marketing best practices

What questions do you have about social media that I should ask?

Update: The interview has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 12:30 CST, so I can take more questions.

Let me know what you want to know.

Hi Tiffany,
Does the software include "Whats app"?
It seems the forgotten child in the social media family. But it is big in Latin and South American countries.

No. Isn't Whatsapp more of an alternative to Skype than social media? Interesting point.

Yeah maybe Tiffany, but I have heard that it can be used like Instagram. Not sure maybe these are just hackers rumors

You're welcome Tiffany.

Ok, since you insist on having one from me.

Does he shoot money around too on great financial days?

Hahahahahaha!

Hi Tiffany, thanks for the opportunity.

How about management of political advertising on social media?

And maybe, ways to assign responsibility or accountability and consequences for bullying, and threatening comments on social media? Thoughts, opinions, recommendations...

Whatever questions you decide to ask, I'll be interested to know what you learn!

Thanks John. What do you mean about political advertising and management?

There is a lot of discussion these days of how social media platforms should try to find ways of verifying truth in advertising especially related to political ads. Some are saying that political ads should be regulated somehow or even prohibited on social media.

Managing political advertising includes the debate around controlling the trolling activities of by 3rd parties like Russia in the USA elections.

Do you advertise in a way that it would be perceived as political?

nope not me! I'm not worried about people advertising here on our websites in any way that would be political. If it's not a relevant question for you to ask for your purposes then just disregard it...i thought perhaps you might be interviewing them as part of some type of research on social media platforms "in general" to write an article or something for your site. sorry, didn't mean to confuse. 😁👍
