When I share a post on twitter, etc, it shows the feature picture as a small thumbnail with the post title beside it. I see when others share posts they have full-size images with the post title beneath. Does anyone know which settings I change to increase the size of the image that's automatically added with my twitter post? I've searched in website theme, All-in-One SEO, my sharing widget, and within the individual posts editor (including social settings). I'm sure it's something simple, just not sure where to find it!

You would normally add a feature image which would be used when sharing, although social sharing plugins will give you a choice of images to use before you share.
Make sure you have both these in place ... you can search social sharing plugins in the plugins area. and You featured image can be added on the edit page down on the right hand side.
You can create all your social images in a site called Canva.com
