When I type in my domain name in google it comes up with another site with exactly the same name as my domain name for a facebook group. However, the facebook group does not have a web address.
My concern is that if I start a facebook page, can still I use my domain name. Or is it ok to give my facebook page another name but still use my web address?

Maybe you'll want to create a different FB page name and highlight certain keywords with your website URL for your readers to learn more. May this help you friend. All the best!

Thank you for the advice. I have just created my FB page and given it a different name, not too disimilar to my website name.

Hi - as far as I am aware, Facebook won't allow two pages to have the same name. You can use a different name and still associate it with your website.

Yes, I will use a different name on FB. I think it will be better than using my domain name anyway. Thanks

If your domain is a siterubix subdomain you may look for a different name under a dot com that you can synchronize with your social media platform accounts

And you are so very welcome.

It is a dot.com. It was siterubix initially.
