Hi all, I just wondered if others have noticed huge changes in the number of impressions your pins getting on Pinterest?

Normally I got standard minimum 300 to maximum 2.5k impression with my pins within 12 hours or so.

Now I get only extreme low impressions on all my pins as low as 1 2 5 or 7 by example. It seems really odd and i didn't change anything. I use tailwind and schedule my pins.

Anybody else has experienced this?

Cheers Jude

I've seen this in the past Jude and I'm still trying to figure it out as well, where I've have some solid impressions on some of my pins and all of a sudden it felt like impressions just dropped dramatically.

I've been on Pinterest for a few years, and I'm still trying to figure it out too. Are other's just not logging in as regularly to cause the impressions to drop? Or is the Pinterest engine just slow at times to update the impressions and analytics? 🤔

Oh that's interesting to hear. I do feel like the Pinterest analytics are not very accurate with times.
Did you have it back up to speed after you have seen these drops as well?

Yes - it usually rebounds, and starts to increase again after some time.

I haven't tried pinterest yet, Jude, but I've been reading that others are also experiencing notable downturns!

You want to try writing in to Pinterest? I remember reading somewhere before that sometimes accounts can get flagged by accident.

I had a similar thing happen to me on a smaller scale. Being that Pinterest is an impulsive image oriented social network, I noticed that when I added my next post along with a new board and pin it jumped again but eventually slowed again. I believe it is a nature of the beast. I make my own first pin for each board. Best to you.
