I was wondering if you have had the same experience as myself.
When I set up Adsense, I got a notice in my Google site under Adsense that advised me I needed to do two things to complete the process.
1) Make sure that my account was "ready"
2) Make sure I had the 'Auto Ad ' placement feature activated.

What took place, once approved, was Adsense was placing ads in really poor spots. I was seeing ads in the middle of my posts, I sort of expected that.
But I was seeing ads placed in the middle of paragraphs and sentences.

And once after adding and Amazon link, when I hit update...it placed an AdSense ad where my A,mazon was supposed to be.

So, I turned it off.

Does this mean I do not have adsense at all anymore? Or am I going to be able to manually approve ad locations (once I find out how)

Thanks in advance.
Robert

Good Points!

Pretty much spot on with my pro-con experiences.

This lesson - - that AbieAJ mentioned is decent. I watched it, and installed, but haven't really started my 'learning curve' with it yet. The basic principle of the Ad Inserter plugin is YOU get to control where the ads go, while still benefiting from the automation of it all.

Disregard the question of which one, I believe I have found the one he speaks of in the video.
