How do I change the existing card details given in wa?

I am in Bhutan and it's very difficult to get people aboard to pay for me in exchange of our currency. Many are not willing to give their card details. Last time I got it from a frn of mine and now he is not willing . So I have no option than to leave my WA platform any time soon.
