Hiya wonderful WA peeps

I just logged into Canva, admittedly for the first time since December (I had a fall mid-December that I'm still recovering from), and all of my designs are gone.

Every, single, one has disappeared without a trace!

I have been using Canva very successfully for years and years (since about 2017) and never lost a design before.

I have clicked through their troubleshooting links and protocol and subsequently logged a ticket with support because I had no joy with the route they recommend.

Have you lost designs with Canva? If so, did you manage to resolve it? Please share how you did it and how long it took? Praying for good news here.

Sorry to hear about your situation! Luckily, it has never happened to me.

Change your password, if you haven't done so already. Someone could have logged into your account and deleted all your images,
although it is relatively unlikely.

You can ask Canva support to review your log to see if there was any malicious activity over the past year.

Are you logging into the correct account? I had a similar issue a while back but I had unwittingly created 2 accounts.
