I joined WA 9 days ago, l just received a message that says Google ranked my website. Can anyone tell me what this means as I am still new and still learning and puzzling everything together so that I understand it better.

Google Index means that your content is within the Google database.
Google Rank means which position your content is listed. If there was a list of 100 posts similar to yours and you were in position 15 from the top, your rank would be 15.

Hi - indexing means that Google has found your website and it is now visible in its search engine. Following on from that, each post you write will be indexed individually.
Eventually, your posts will be ranked, which is when Google decides which page to put them on. Your goal is to be ranked on the 1st page.
