Good morning my WA family, Happy Sunday. I hope that everyone is having a great weekend and I hope that this upcoming week is filled with much success for you.
I have a question, is anyone use pinterest to drive traffic. I also have a pinterets account for a while now but my followers is less than 200 and my monthly views were up to a little over 17,000 but it has dropped quickly now to around 15,000.
Do you know how I can increase my following and monthly views. I believe I saw one time where you can buy traffic to increase your monthly pinterest views. Can this help drive traffic to my website or what methods do you advise
I use, thanks so much for you advice all the best to you and have a good day.

You can create a pin for every post you publish and upload it to pin interest. Or create boards on different topics within your niche, optimize the title and send requests to people to join your boards.
But don't buy traffic; it's not worth it. You have a lot of views already; just create pins regularly and upload them to the platform.

Have in mind two things!
A) Followers are not important, views ! But outbound click is that count as most important in my opinion.
B) Pinterest is no social media as most people talk about. When you realize it (it has nothing which is typical for social media like comments etc.), you see that it is a very powerful browser. So keywords are the key to all things! Have good pins with a good image. Use Canva, and you do not need to pay for it. Free is fine.
Describe what it pin is about, and remember to sit always the link to your site.
Tips I use, yes, I know some are strange, but it has worked!
Have good keywords and use the same format and color in your pins. I put the keywords under the image on the pins too.
Strange, I had broken it, but the experience is that it looks better if you don´t see the face in the image. Can´t explain why; it just works!
Send regularly a minimum 5 on the day, you can schedule it but then do not do it for more than 4 days.

Try to create more designs (3 - 5) for each of your posts, Norman. Post daily with at least 3 pins. Pinterest recommended posting daily with no more than 10 - 15 pins to generate more traffic.
There are many reasons attributed to the sudden drop in the monthly views. It can be due to the Pinterest new algorithm, which seems to give priority to newer and fresh pins that pinners are searching for ideas within their niches.
It can also be Pinterest may have marked your account as spam (contact the support team to find out) or some pinners have 'stolen' one of your top pins and put it inside their boards, thus diverting the traffic to their pin post.
