Yes you can in certain groups.
It’s better to be inside some content though.

It's safer to promote your links within your website instead. A lot of platforms don't like affiliate links as well. I do believe you can on Facebook, I've seen Amazon links on there before. But like you can't use WA affiliate links on Pinterest, that's blocked by Pinterest as spam.

It's always best to drive traffic to a page where your offer is as well, you want to warm up your audience BEFORE they get to your offer so you can give me more info about it first or let them know how this offer can help them solve their problems.

Yes. You can post to relevant groups. Make sure you read the groups policy and rules. If it's your own group, you need to use caution on what you are posting also. It is best to leave any dollar claims amount out when posting. Try to be conversational with your link(s) than just post a link. All the best!

Hi Smith, simply, yes you can do that, and the affiliate link could also be tracked by your joined affiliate program. But, you should keep in mind that your FB post is Engagement or HULPFUL or storable for others, otherwise, your fans will not click your link (at least the CTR and conversion will be lowerrr), hope this could answer you, thanks.
