Click Website from the Wealthy Affiliate menu >
Then Site Manager>
Site Support.
You can fill out the ticket.
You will have to point your name servers to another host provider.

I want to change the topic I started with, how to do it and where topics are
Hi - you said in Live Chat, you want to change your theme.
Log in to WordPress, go to Appearance and Themes. If you don't see very many to choose from, click Add New at the top of the screen. You should have a choice of over 7000.
When you find one you want, click Install then click Activate. Do be aware that the themes don't come with the photos you see, they are just for demonstration.
You need to follow the training and it will tell you everything you need to know. If you have started a website and want to change it then if it is a siterubix you can delete it and start again

If you have problems, try a different browser & try clearing your cache. Also, try resetting your network connection.
Yep we too have 2 to 3 screens per workstation. It is beneficial hope you get figured out , however if all else fails you can submit a ticket to site support have them check it out for you
