Hi all,
I'm am new to this, jumped straight in and said yep I can do this I have some passions there.

So going through the training which is awesome by the way, de

I would recommend you set short-term goals. There should be a big, global goal in your head that you would like to achieve. But first you need to take many small steps.
Write down a small goal on a piece of paper, and what need to do for that. And go from one target to another!
You must succeed!
First of all, your result of your work should be useful! Find out what customers are looking for in your niche, or watch how competitors work. This can be done with the K-Meta tool. This tool collects autocomplete keywords from Google, and also gather top competitors' keywords.
Never give up!

Hi Scott,
Jaaxy will help you to find some great keywords to focus your writing.
Another very cool tool is answer the public:

https://answerthepublic.com - this can help generate ideas based on your niche.

Just make a start, and put the training in place.

I would also suggest being systematic with your blogs. Jay has some great training with a printable checklist to help you put good practices in place up front: Take it one step at a time.

I wish you all the best and I hope this was helpful :)
Cheers
Melissa

One little baby step at a time. :)

And you can always ask the community what they think about your niche. Sometimes it's just a little broad and needs to be re-focused.

Also remember that with Premium you can check niche-related keywords in Jaaxy to see how many searches are being run for them. You don't need a huge amount of searches for your keywords; lower competition (QSR) is more important. For me, this is a great way to reassure myself that there are people out there looking, and they'll be able to find my site.

The best advice (that everyone here will tell you) is just to keep working through the training. As you go, things start to fall into place, and you build up the foundation of your business.

Welcome to WA, and best of luck! :)

Aris

Hi Aris, thanks with awesome advice, and yeah I have check jaaxy out and you are right and there seems to be a market for it, just the uncertainty for me and I know, I just have to continue and understand that if you beleive it it happen.

Cheers

First of all decide what you want from your niche. Some niches will not make you more than pocket money but you may well enjoy making the sites and learning from them. My advice to go for the heavyweight niche is whether money is such as make money online. Once you start making money you can then go on to create your passionate niche which may make less. You can always ask the community whether the niche will make money

Great words thank you, it's easy to say do what you are passionate about however you also need to you are working towards your goals.

Scott

If I start to feel like this I take a little breather and try to remember how I felt when I came up with my niche idea and the thought process of getting to that idea. I then find a renewed love, interest and belief in my niche.
Peter

Hi Peter you are so right and I know I just to have belief. Thank you for your input.

Scott

Hi Scott
My suggestion is to have faith when you choose your niche
Make sure a lot of people will be interested in your choice of niche and that it can be monetized down the track further once you have a solid foundation built
Often our 1st niche can be as you say a bit of a regret but do not be disheartened as there are always new options to look at :)
I hope this helps
Vicki

Hi Vicki, thanks for the advice and such great advice as well, thanks you so much.
