Dr. Wayne Dyer also has said:

"The morning breeze has secrets to tell, don't go back to sleep."

Personally, I love the solitude of the early morning by starting the day on a bike at the gym looking to the east at the mountain peaks of the Wasatch Mountain range. I set the bike on the "Fat Burner" program which simulates climbing progressively to the peaks, then riding along the peaks and coming down from the mountains. I set my time for 30 minutes and ride six miles. While pedaling, I can rehearse my affirmations such as "I can build a website, I can make money, I can be successful" and other important things I need to do, I can also meditate and get ready for a productive day as I go home to work for the rest of the day.

To those who are night owls and can work into the night, I admire you, I conk out about 10 PM.

Whether you are an early bird or a night owl, that is an individual thing, the important thing is to work hard, stay positive, believe in ourselves and enjoy the journey by making progress!

My best wishes for success to all my WA friends. I appreciate your encouragement! We can do this!

Early bird here! Love to get up before sunrise at 4 am. My wife's a night owl sometimes still awake when I arise...LOL!

I like to get my mind ready for the day. Exercise, prayer/meditation and doing some writing.

By 8 pm, I'm going down. By 9 pm, it's over.

I am a night owl but my employment starts 7AM so I'm out of my frame. Get my best work done after 8PM

I am , like you an early riser and enjoy that solitude. Have worked overnight in a couple jobs and found solitude there as well. but I do prefer my early mornings.

Although, I love the quietness and the fresh morning air, I am a more of a noon to midnight type person. I just have a hard time getting to it early in the hours of the morning.

Thank you and Be Blessed

5.30 am the 'Dog Alarm' goes off...a constant, irritating, whine and squeak...guaranteed to get me up. It does mean I get the solitude for an hour or so. Time to plan for the day ahead. Love the mornings.

We also have an early bird beagle who just has to get up early! My 5:30 AM is in my head though, I allow myself sleeping in on the weekends! Thank you for your comment!

Yes, I'm for getting up early, because I, too, run out of steam about 10 p.m.

Another Mike in the world imagine that, lol. I am the night owl you spoke of. I find that there are less distractions at night and I get more accomplished working at night. I have had rise early when I worked, I painted cars for 39 years for a living and it is not daytime job. But working on my website comes easier when the rest of the house is asleep. Good post and please like my comments, thanks Sruffey.

I am both also, but more naturally an early bird. If I plan it I can stay late and get up early. The main thing as you said is to work hard, positive and have confidence.

Love the way you start your day on the stationary bike!
We go into the pool and/or do yoga and go to the gym. Great way to start the day.
We are totally morning people!
Regular exercise helps keep us energized for the online work ahead! Sounds like it does the same for you.
Thanks for your post and wishing you a wonderful weekend and workweek ahead.
C & P

both :)
