I'm pretty sure that you have seen MANY sites with cool, eye-catchy animations and visual effects like fading, flippping, sliding, bouncing, etc.

They are beautiful ... and more importantly, they are literally eye-catchy ...

They can be used effectively to grab the user's attention on specific elements or different parts of the page.

There are many professional, paid themes that will provide you with native, built-in animations, but usually, the free themes won't indulge you with such features ...
