You would need to go to a domain registrar and purchase your own domain. Then, with the move feature, you can move your siterubix site into your own domain. :)

I live in Australia and Amazon don't hold tax back cause we ain't US citizens. But it's still classified as income so must pay tax on the earnings in Aus. I would assume the same for NZ
