Hi Kyle Im trying to get ready for the live web chat commencing very soon. You sent me an email with
Live web chat commencing in about ten minutes. I was sent an reminder via email with a link to click on to take part, however the link is not highlighted and I cant get through
I do not know why but when they email me with. 30 reminder it is always 60 min. So about 10 till you will get the notice on your profile
Go to your profile and o the op right you will see join Webinar but it will not be for mother 30 min from now

The time is dependent on which country you live in, for me it is 0100 hrs in the morning. You get a notification on the site when it starts and you can just click and join in from there.

Can anyone help? I am trying to upgrade to Preniumn, however I am having trouble with the transaction. I know that their are sufficient funds within the account, does anyone hav
It's often the card provider refusing a "virtual" transaction. I'd recommend contacting them to check and if necessary ask them to force the payment through for you. Rich.
Thank you very much Richard, that was exactly what the issue was, the provider protecting my details as ppayment was aboard. Many many many thanks
