First before you start, never lift heavy weights for god sake... I never understood why people lift heavy weights? I've been lifting light weights my whole life...

I do 8 sets 20-25 reps light weight on any exercises period.. keep it simple. Try to focus on your muscles, they are your friend, you need to communicate with your body and your mind, dont ever stare or compare to other people will make you feel weak or confused. Never listen to naysayer. Just do 8 sets 20-25 reps, 2,000 crunches(not full range, just short range) then get out and go home and eat and relaxe :)

What food to eat? Brown rices, Cottage Cheese, Steak(yummy), Chicken(yuck), String cheese, Brocolli - (yuck), Sweet potato - (yuck), Black coffee(fat burner and caffine for workout) 1 gallon of water a day

Supplements I use mult-vitamin (animal pak is what im using right now) CLA, Fish Oil, Flaxseed, CoQ.

Interesting. I'll try the 8 sets of reps; 2,000 crunches though, I don't know.
