Why is Jaaxy not working?

Is Jaaxy not working or is it just not working for me?

I've been having issues the past 2 weeks. Nothing is consistent.

I submitted a ticket to WA websites and hosting and received the courtesy we'll check it out reply.

To contact Jaaxy support you have to log out. Sent info on issues. No response.

So Is it me? Or are others having issues as well.

not working for me either,

I always find Jaxxy to be slow and full of glitches. Many times it simply won't complete the search and I have to keep pressing STOP and restart the search for it to work. Sometimes it brings up results completely unrelated to what I searched for and skips results for the keyword phrase I typed into the search bar.

It has loads of bugs for something they charge a pretty steep monthly membership price for. I think it should be included in the WA Premium Membership.

Same with me.

I also notified Kyle and he just responded. Jaaxy has not been working well for me either in the last week.

I just sent a PM to Kyle. He just replied about another incident I notified him about.

What platform? Apple or PC or Linux? What browser? Only at certain times? Please include this in your support ticket. Also it van take 24 - 40hrs to reply. Especially if it was on the weekend and multiple users had issues. The team will investigate and get back to us.

Been working fine for me. Ive used it multiple time the last two weeks and has been no problems. sorry to hear.

Lol, yes it does.

I've used it quite a lot over the past 2 weeks and there were a couple of blips but I generally just wait and it has righted itself. Send a pm to Kyle if problem is persisting. You're not the only one to be saying they're having problems.
