Wow! Just completed Level 4 training and it seems like everytime I think I know what I'm doing I read something else that tells me different. It is amazing to me how much there is to learn and how much I don't know. And social media is my nemisis--I am so easily drawn in. I started out thinking that I would write about coaching youth football, but quickly realized that PARENTS were the key. So my focus turned to coaches and parents new to the game. I learned a valuable lesson today--Focus.I was so focused on the training that I was leaving my content to die. So when I asked a mentor how to do something and he told me to slow down and focus on my content, I was actually relieved.I have been so tied up with the WA community and training that I haven't been doing what I really want to do--writing about Youth Football. Now I am.;-)
