Has anyone ever had any trouble getting their affiliate payments through PayPal?
I am affiliate of Timeline Nutrition and they said they have sent the payment, but it's not

Sir, I need that paypal acc for business.
please help me.

UPDATE: They send the payments to all their affiliates in bulk. I have received my payment and now know how the payment process will work in the future.

I find PayPal excellent. My guess is that you'll find the issue is with Timeline Nutrition.

Yes, that's my guess as well!

I haven’t experienced that but hope it gets resolved for you quickly.

Susan

Thank you!

Not sure what you mean with:

"I have contacted PayPal, and they have told me to the Transaction ID from Timeline Nutrtion."

I recommend asking Timeline for proof of payment, you must have received some input from them showing payment was made.

With that, you can share that with PayPal and they can go from there.

Rudy

I obviously got ahead of myself typing and left out “get the Transaction ID”. Oops!

I am waiting for the email from Timeline Nutrition that has the Transaction ID.

Ok, good. That will help PayPal locate said payment!

Rudy

Exactly!

No, I do not have any issues. Sounds like it is a vendor issue with PayPal—nothing to do with the WA platform.

No it’s nothing to do with WA but I figured I would see if anyone else had ever had this problem before.

I never had any issues. Payments by the vendors have been good to me so far. I hope you resolve this with the vendor and PayPal.

Thank you! Me too!

Yesterday I could not log into my website. I messaged Site Support and found out that it was because of my AIOSEO plugin.
I have since found out that others on the platform

Now WA recommends the SEO framework; however, it is not recommended to change mid-course.

Yeah, since we started with AIOSEO, it's the one I am familiar with and enjoy using.

Can you tell me what the differences are between the two?

You may check out their site

https://theseoframework.com/

LOL! That's what I went to do right after posted the question!

I use it as well but have not had issues.

I haven't had any problems. It might just be a one time glitch.

Lily

I use AIOSEO on most (but not all) of my websites but haven't experienced any issues.

I have that same situation with them also as of this morning. They told me something to do with WP and they found a resolve, but I'm not able to get in my back office either still. They sent me another message saying it should be fixed sometime soon. I messaged customer support also then they told me to contact AISEO that I did 2 times.

Site Support will probably have to disable the plugin.
Make sure you let AIOSEO know that your site is with WA.
They have fixed the problem and will send you the fix to replace your plugin with fixed version.

Yes, they already disabled the plugin, and they told me to contact them when AIOSEO notifies when to.

Sorry I do not have any experience with that product.

-Mike

Mee too :)

Hi Siobhan

I had the same issue and site support deactivated the plugin.
But I am having a lot of issues with my site at the moment so I have not been logged in since as support sorting me out as my site keeps going down.

Site support didn't explain what happened but I think that I have set AioSeo to automatically update which it did yesterday, and there is a WordPress update available which I haven't updated so i am assuming both are connected but I could be totally wrong.

Have you AIOSEO to automatically update?

Yes, but it doesn't automatically update all the time.
After I posted the question, I noticed they had sent me an email telling me it had something specifically to do with something here at WA.
They sent me an updated file with the fix and it's working fine now.

Ok thanks.

Did you reactivate AIOSEO plugin

Yes, with a new file they had sent me.

I have just contacted AIOSEO support as i see your reply below

Good. They should send the fixed file.

I received an email notifying me that I liked my own comment.
I have never received these before.
I didn't like my own comment, just the reply from someone else.

Not so far!!

I get them every so often, perhaps when I accidentally hit the like button on my phone.

Interesting. I have just purposely liked one of my own comments, to see what happens.

If it has been introduced, I wonder if it has been added to stop people from gaming the ranking system?

I often see people writing a comment, and within one second of it being published, it has been liked before anybody could possibly have read it!

I tried liking this one to see if it did the same thing. It didn't.
Maybe it's just a minor glitch because it doesn't happen all the time.

I can't imagine anyone here would try gaming the ranking system.

LOL!

I like my own post sometimes but i dont receive emails like that 🤔

I have never liked my own post.
I just tried it and didn't get one.

I personally haven’t but I have my emails set so that I only have specific notifications coming through.

I don't check my email inbox, to be honest.

I just found it strange for it to say I liked my own comment.

Yeah it would be strange to me too :)

You have very good advice and guidance here…let us know if you have any further questions.

I think I may have figured out the problem. For some reason I have a temp-mysite name.siterubix.com that I did not create. I have asked Site Support about this.

They created it trying to find my first draft I had lost. I found my second one, though.!

Glad to hear!

-Mike

Wow Siobhan! I cannot believe this is still happening. Don’t forget to try drafting in Word and saving it there. That way you know you will always have it. Once you finish there, then you can copy and paste your work to WordPress until this gets resolved. I cannot imagine what could be going on. Hope this works out for you.

Hazel

yeah, that is what I am going to do or just use Site Content and publish it from there.

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty the server's cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

Also, check trash.

I will try that, thanks!

You're welcome :)

If you save stuff on your desktop, or email it to yourself, then you always know where it is. Worst case scenario then is simply having to copy and paste...which is a lot easier than doing it all over.

It is frustrating having to rewrite it. I will save my work in different ways from now on!

And with that frustration lifted it will be easier to figure out what you were doing that wasn't working. It'll be like WHEW!!! :-D

Even with my frustration gone, I still don't know what happened to my drafts because I saved them several times before I stopped working on them.

I have several drafts saved in my back office. No problems here.

Thank you, me, too! Although, I don't understand how the classic editor had anything to with it.
I have never had a problem like that before. But, I also quit using the classic one a while back.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I wasn't paying attention to the fact the post was still in classic editor and that was what was messing it up!

Have you checked the URL to ensure it is exact and no additional spaces or characters been added. Sometimes a space is added at the end of pasted link.

Yes, I did everything I could think of and when I changed the post from classic editor to blocks; it started working.

Things you can do

Double-check the URL
Check the page source
Check for any conflicting scripts

Thank you. The classic editor had something to do with messing it up. Once I switched it over to blocks, that solved the problem.

That's great to know, thank you :)
