How do I center the SITE TITLE and color? I would like the color to be navy blue.

How do I center the SITE TITLE and color? I would like the color to be navy blue.
Hi, Title's alignment depends on the theme, I understand. But check out devoutcowboy's link, as well. With the color, you only need to go to Appearance>Headings (to choose the color of the title font), or Appearance>Background, if you want background color changed. Hope that helps.
