Today I am going to share several motivational techniques to get the spirit pumped and your mind back in the game.

Lets be completely honest with ourselves for a moment. It is very easy to tell yourself "I am going to start my own business", however it is very hard for most beginning entrepreneurs to stay diligent and not loose focus on why they wanted to start a business in the first place.

Lack of motivation is a serious dream killer and is kryptonite to every entrepreneur, starting or successful. The fact that most entrepreneurs start off alone with minimal support from family and friends can tear motivation right from out of them, making them doubt themselves as entrepreneurs resulting in them giving up.

So today we will counter attack all the negativity we entrepreneurs face on a daily basis. Below I've provided numerous motivational techniques and quotes that will get you back on track when you feel like calling it quits.

°Rest & Relaxation -

Resting and relaxing your body & mind is detrimental to the success of every entrepreneur. There are many ways to rest & relax. Taking a long hot bath usually kills two birds with one stone.

Listening to soft instrumental melodies or inspirational music works very well too. The soothing sounds will calm you, bringing you to a peaceful state of mind, allowing you to regroup your thoughts.

My family and I love to take "drives". We hop into the car and just drive the back roads of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island for hours.

This type of socialism is not only relaxing it is also a motivational technique used by many entrepreneurs to push themselves that extra mile. Your family, friends health and happiness is number one priority. You want to be able to support them without doubt or the need to borrow. You want to be able to spend the necessary time with friends and loved ones. Lets face it, what's the sense of becoming rich if you have NO ONE to share it with.

Sometimes something so simple as sleeping can do the trick. Scientific studies show that sleep plays a important part with the vital functions of our health as well as with memory retention.

Have you ever noticed that when you study for something important than have a restless night of sleep it's harder to remember what you've learned. Have you noticed the difference in memory retention when you do have a great nights sleep.
