Hey there.
I have had two attempts at setting up an email forward.
They appear to be set up okay in SiteEmail. However I’ve sent three or four tests and nothing s

Set up your website based email account first,

Create an email address,

admin@sinartin.com

Then create your email forward, With a separate email address.

sinartin@sinartin.com


Should work fine.

Okay getting real frustrated now. tried that and it didn't work. Nothing coming through to site based webmail or through the forwarded one either.
Ill try site support again.
didn't really get any help last time.

Do you have the email account defined locally at WA or just the forward setup? If locally, Have you checked to see if they were delivered to the mailbox directly?

No.
i only have them set up as forwards.
i didn't think you could have it set up as both.
Anyway im going to go in and delete them all and try again,
getting a little frustrating.
Not that im expecting an emails any time soon.

If that doesn't work, check with site support. There was an issue a couple weeks back that had e-mail not getting delivered (locally or via forwards).

No.
i only have them set up as forwards.
i didn't think you could have it set up as both.
