How many months it take for the member or a new member to start getting paid because as I am talking now i want to leave the job that I am doing so I want to know?

As mentioned by @Ibceug79, this is not a get-rich-quick website. There are too many factors to consider and there is no way to tell how long this will take. We are setting up real businesses online, and that takes time, knowledge and patience.
This is not a get rich quick website. you need time to learn and apply what you learn to what you are most interested in and watch it grow. It may take months, years. Some as fast as half a year, some as long as a year or 2. Haven't read any stating how fast it worked for them. Mostly all is talking about how to build a website.

I would not leave my job just yet -- you have to understand that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme. This is training to start a real business online, and just like a real brick and mortar store, this takes time, patience, fortitude, training and -- more patience. There is no timetable. People make money in as little as 4 months and some have to wait about a year before they see any income. Just go through the training, step by step, and you will see. Good luck!
