Hi there,

Very new premium member here - hello! It's good to be here. I have a couple of questions regarding my niche choice and associated domain name. My chosen niche is

Thanks everyone for your responses, much appreciated. I think I will go for the second option, or something similar so there is the option of growth later on.

Shorter is better. Try not to limit yourself. You can expand the offerings if you have a generic site name.

2nd one

I am probably no more experienced than you in this area but in my opinion, I think the first, longer, domain name toysforboysunderfive (even though you put 'over' in your text above... error?). It has a nice ring to it, flows of the tongue nicely and I think that is what I would search for if I was looking for... toys for boys under five!

Yes, it was an error. The URL was meant to be toysforboysoverfive.com. Wow, just looking at it now, and thinking about the potential for error, it is a long URL.

I still like it as it flows off the tongue and would be easy to remember, change the 'five' to a '5' if you want to make it a tiny bit shorter. At the end of the day, you should go with whatever you feel happier about as they are both good urls

Thanks Talle. I've bought the domain, here I go :)

Congratulations, go you! Wishing you all the best for success

(I meant to say I bought the little lads domain). Thanks!

Thought you might... Best wishes

Personally i would go for the second one littleladstoys as for one its shorter and two it is not restricted to under five's as you could still stretch it out with the years. That is my opinion hopefully others will jump in on the bandwagon and maybe even come up with another name. Take care and be well.
