Best Practices for Remaining Calm and on Target

Hello my Fellow Entrepreneurs,

I wish to share some strategies I have learned to remain Calm!

Firstly

  • Do not concern yourself with petty opinions
  • Look for satisfying serene scenes
  • Keep fluids up (water)
  • Listen to uplifting music
  • Keep a diary
  • Reenforce your reason for Why
  • Write daily
  • Monitor self talk

Some of the best practices may seem obvious, however, without implementing little efforts of self control, you may feel overwhelmed.

Remaining Calm is important to feel emotionally stable!

Emotions can ride like a rollercoaster, especially when starting something new.

We can go between feeling of high elevated excitement to lows of sudden disappointments!

Having a toolbox full of things we can do ,can help level this rollercoaster ride of mixed feelings.

You hit this one out the amusement park.
Having a plan of attack is a great way to
stay focused and on track.

When the body has overworked, it needs rest, water, and replenishment.
Affiliate marketing requires optimal concentration, and the body needs to run on a full tank of High-Octane (metaphorically).

We also have to listen to our bodies. They don't come with a manual.
I can't tell you how many times I have run out of fluid. The key is to regroup, reset, refuel, get back up after the 8th fall, and get back the road to success.

We got goals and objectives to meet and fulfil. There's no time for excuses.
We have to do some self-care and give these bodies the nourishment and rest they deserve.

Let's not burn our affiliate marketing candles on both ends.
This is a good way to get burn out. No time for that.

Erica, another one to add to that list and believe me it works is meditation.

This will help you to focus and forget about all the mundane things that we worry about.

I know that people say they can't but that is not true but it does take a little time.

Mind you maybe you already do this?

I think the first one you mention is vital, Erica in the age of social media where anyone with a vitriolic opinion is free to share it.

A similar [removed]but with a twist) is "Don't sweat the petty stuff - but don't pet the sweaty stuff".

Also "Deal with the facts as they are, not as you'd like them to be".

I try to remember that if I can't make a difference, I can't affect the situation in a positive way than worrying about it only hurts me. Its easier to pick your battles when your older, but thats one I also remember. Is this really worth an argument or stressing myself out?
