Here we all are, editors in chief of our own media empires respectively, relentlessly working on our communication, brand and purpose. Some sit all night into the early hours of the morning and would have it no other way.
I do commend that completely, but as our own heads of business operations and for the most part, contributors, we have to remember how vital personal preservation is to our goals.
I take this opportunity to reinforce how a nutritious salad with quality foods, esp protein will fuel your mojo back. Six to ten cups of coffee cannot keep you productive, but a bowl of fruits and daily divided meals in small portions can do wonders!
Mental fog arises from skimping on quality nutrition to just ‘stay alert’ or fill on empty calories to get the mind working. This will lead to sub par focus and restlessness to just get things over and dusted with⛳️
That’s not the entire purpose it’s half way the purpose, but accomplishing just tasks without focus can be self deceiving at best.
If you’re well seasoned and acclimated to writing with ease and focus, maintaining that is a pivotal aspect to succeed. That means to maintain this status quo, you need to EAT WELL, KNOW WHEN TO WRAP A DAY AND FEEL CONTENT WITH YOUR LIFE ALSO .
The delicate balance is definitely an art to emulate and for new comers it is our biggest challenge yet.
