You can do rel=nofollow as you mentioned in your other recent question about affiliate links. In general, I don't link to spam sites though. I'd write the URL with no hyperlink if you want to make some kind of point in the article, so people can copy/paste if they really want to visit.
I am not sure what you are trying to do here? Why would you link to a spam website? What are you trying to do.
You can link to other sites without issue, but the main thing that will really impact your rankings is if you create low quality content, you are adding affiliate links everywhere on your site, or you have duplicate content on your website.
It was just a question, LOL. I haven't added any external links to a SPAM website but I wanted to know what happens when you do. And I had another question which I possibly missed, how do you know a website is a SPAM website?

You DO NOT want to link to a spam site; Never mind what Google (Bing, Yahoo, etc. ) will think about it, which will not be good!

You gotta be kidding me. If you can find a bestwhatever dot com name go for it. Matt Cutts has said a lot of things about the Google Search Engine that don't seem to hold up to scrutiny or analysis.
Best-whatever and best-what-ever domain names work well too. Kyle explains this in the trainings. Go for either a brandable name, or a name with the description of your niche (if available).

Be careful putting product names in a domain name. This usually leads to trouble. Amazon won't accept you if you do that with their product.
Kyle has a good post on this: Exact Match Domains (EMDs), Are They Still Worth It? For me, I try to get a good keyword when I can. But if I have a topic I want to do because the niche is interesting or popular, I just get any domain name I can.

I would have thought that having keywords in the domain name wouldn't hurt, but, maybe....
While having keywords in the domain name probably won't hurt you, any benefit of having them there has diminished greatly over the years.

Can having external links in the content help in getting content ranked faster? Or is it better to completely avoid them?
External links are needed to make the sale (after you explain everything there is to know about the product) help your visitor with giving them advice and use the external link to sell.
I also always put 2 to 3 internal links also, for example, if the have another problem x, they can view another page or post on your website (create internal link there)

According to SEO lore, yes, it does help rank. I don't have any hard evidence that it does though. So I just try to use external links when they help me create a better user experience, and better content. I would not overdo it, but some external links are OK.

"Losing potential buyers" is a real concern, for sure, but people are smart. They can figure out when to stay on your page and when to leave. You can't "trick" people to stay on your page forever, so you might as well create a complete page with good info, even if you have to link out sometimes to make a point or provide proof of what you say.
Good external links, you know those that are AUTHORITY websites will help a little, but sending readers to just any old site is not a good idea.
The question should be: "Do I want to send my valuable visitors to a site that may take them away or simply help me make the point I am trying to make?"

Hi shrestha. I just posted an ad with that theme. See the screenshot attached to this comment. Are you trying to post the ads at the top of the page where the fortunato image is?
