Click on that white airplane and then on Program Details.
Your main affiliate link is there.
Or click on Links & Tracking to get some more options.
And you can start recruiting immediately, of course. :)

If you are paying your referral link on forums, and when you hit done, it should have an image for wealthy affiliate. This is how I got my referrals so far.
