I have to admit that your question sounds a bit confusing.
I will try to help you, but I need to understand what exactly your problem is.
You have "submitted" an image somewhere.
Where exactly?
And you want to delete it.
You can usually do this in the media manager.
Just click on Media, then on the picture and click on "delete permanently".
A link to your site would be helpful, too.
Especially, if that was not what you needed.
