For billing, just make are your payment source is up to date.
- profile picture.
- account settings.
- update payment source.
If your payment didn't go through, WA will attempt to recharge your pay ment source.

I bought a domain name through WA yesterday, Then all process was fine and got congrats registration message as well,I have even chosen a "Theme" for my website waiting for all
For DNS issues, the best option is to log a ticket and wait for help. They act really quickly! Best of luck
Hi Walter,Thank yous for message. My problem is far superior than DNS! I'd bought a new domain from Wa platform,payment also made complete and registration has been confirmed at first ,but later on PayPal sent me an E-mail said WA refund your money back. I have no idea why WA did so
Ok, that s weird, I bought 2 domains here, and so far so good. Try contact Kyle or Carson, maybe in the help section you can log on a ticket explaining your issue. Obviously there has been an error between WA and Paypal. Best of luck!

This means that your domain is not using the webspace and we will be removing the webspace in 10 days. This will also remove the domain from your domains list.
If you wish to use the hosting at Wealthy Affiliate for "yourdomain.com", then all you need to do is point the DNS to WA hosting servers by editing the DNS/NameServer options on your domain registrar (where you purchased the domain).
Here is a tutorial on how to point your Domain to WA Hosting Servers if you need a hand with this:

The Wealthy Affiliate Nameservers are as follows:
Primary Nameserver: ns1.mywahosting.com

I was going to have both domain and server at the same place like WA, But it seemed WA rejected my buying domain wich was available tough . I will let you know if I sort it out. If so, just follow up with another to ask if they are making progress with your query.
I would send a PM to Kyle and Carson and see what response you get that way.

Hi Alex, Yes I did purchase .com either and was straight forward like you said .but no idea why WA has been refunded without any explanation. beside from that in respond to my question, support team said there is not any problem with your hosting .
have not yet purchased a domain from WA is it possible the name is no longer available normally support are quick to respond, this is something for support when you find out it would be good to know

hopefully you will hear back soon, Kyle always gets back to you it sometimes it can take a day or two, with it being quite a new feature there are bound to be teething problems
