Hey Folks,

I have just purchased a White Board to help me stay focussed. It's a good idea to write down reminders and tasks to complete, so i thought the best way to do this would be to have a visual prompt of tasks to complete and also any reminders. This will keep me focused and i advise that if you do not have a White Board then you do the same.
