Whenever you subscribe to a network , they always have Terms and Conditions or Terms of service This is a guide lines of the rules for that respective website
Example rule number 2.5 of the Wealthy Affiliate Terms of Used clearly state that under their
FAIR USED POLICY
Wealthy Affiliate can suspend your access to service , for any abusive practice that degrade the performance of the service eighter for you or other community members
Isnt that wonderful ,
This Term and Condition let every member know that any behaviour of this form will not be tolerated
I am a big fan of Term and Condition and also believe this should apply to almost everything , life would be much easier and we would eliminate lots of anti social behaviour within society
Like racism , sexism , and other forms of discrimination , what a lovely world we would all live in
If Term and Condition could be integrated into almost everything we do
Surely we would have a more respectful and discipline society
Now , get involved, what do you think some Term and Condition could be apply to ?
Maybe
Friendship or
Relationship
How about food in our supermarket ,
Should a pizza has some TC on the box , warning eaters of the danger of eating large amount ?
In UK they warn smokers about the danger of smoking , by putting some very disturbing images on the cigarette boxes, to deter smokers
Should process food has similar images ,of the damages it can actually cause?

We should all read the terms of service for all the platforms we associate with. It can save a lot of heart ache and save us from breeching them.

Terms and conditions are sometimes
just a way to say you have something
in print that if anybody complains about
something they can literally say that it
is in their Terms and Conditions.
Let's face it. Who really reads those
almost 2-3 pages of terms and conditions
and then sign your name after.
And yes, here in WA, some of whoever
they are those who do not have the
courage to speak or write about their
so-called grievances or complaint would
just automatically click the button and
considered your post as spam.
Give me a break and for me they
are just plain cowards.
You know what? Those are the same
people who smile and praise you and
then stab you at your back.
Such life, isn't it?
You see, behavior accepted, behavior
permitted and those smokers, drinkers,
junk food eaters and the rest of those
who do not really value their lives would
eventually and hopefully realize the true
consequences of their actions
It is a choice and it is their choice and this
does not fall under Terms and Conditions.
It's called being aware, honest, and taking
responsible and accountable for their own
choices and with no blaming attitude.

This is a topic that is hard to talk about and still stay within the terms and conditions. 🤣 But I will try...lol.
I believe that WA means well when it comes to any and all of their conditions but there are going to be spam accounts and abuses if there are no terms and conditions as you correctly stated.
You are in the UK and I am here in the USA.
Our constitutions only come with terms and conditions if you violate another person's rights. These are the laws to which we as a society conform too.
We have the first 10 amendments to our constitution that protect everyone's rights so long as they do no harm to the next person. Harm such as what is stated in the WA "Constitution"
We can not implement terms and conditions on people to not be what they are even if they are assholes...
We all have the same rights and we cannot take away anyone's rights without taking away our constitution, which some in our country are trying to do.
If America falls to anything other than what it is intended for then the whole world will fall. There will be nobody else to protect the rest of the world.
So never take away the right of the asshole to be an asshole...just execute your right to ignore it or press charges depending on the violation. If the violation is your feelings were hurt then....life is going to be very hard...lol

As I became older, I saw the value of having these rules
Having said that, these rules are just made to secure their establishment
