Hi everyone , hope everyone is having a great day or night depending where you are at the moment
Todays topic is
NO COMPROMISE
There are always stuff in life that everyone will comprise on
In this case compromise mean, the acceptance of a standard that are lower than is desirable
In other words ,
SETTLING FOR A LOW OR MEDIOCRE STANDARD
These categories can be the standard of anything
Maybe ones house
Maybe one's car
Maybe one's cologne/perfume
Maybe one's jewels
Maybe one's food
Maybe one gadjets
Maybe one's clothing
maybe anything
People will always find the alternative to the best at a cheaper cost , even though the quality is less and the value will decrease
So let's start the discussion
For me
I will never compromised my food
Thats right , my food
My food is the most important part of my life , I ate the best possible food , when I will wore a cheap Jean or used a cheap smartphone or a cheap watch , my food is TOP OF THE LOT
I could also say I study my food , to know exactly what am eating , if the food have zero nutritional value there is a very high chance , I may not eat it
Lots of people believe eating expensive food is actually eating right, that is a NO NO
In order to eat healthy you will have to study your food , some food are not good especially if you are eating that same food a lot , while some food has zero nutritional value , and may harm the body or maybe make you I'll .One should not play with your own health
I can further testify that it is very expensive to eat bad food

PASTA VS VEGETABLE
CONCENTRATED FRUIT JUICE VS WATER
So there you have it
It is much cheaper to eat healthy, so there should be
NO COMPROMISE
When it comes to my food , never eat food with zero value for the body it's a LOOSE LOOSE action , which should not happen

Seriously, if we want our lives to be peaceful, healthy and progressive and productive, we need to choose the best of all things that provides this.
I seriously don't eat vegetables BUT I recently started eating salads because I can sneak in pieces of avocado 🥑.
Now that's a healthy compromise, don't you think?

I do add apples to all my salads as well plus baby plums to give a nice attractive colour
No cabbage, no calloloo, no cucumber, would you believe I have never been to the doctor and I am a senior man now , I always eat the best possible food , study your food Cuz , because one can be very healthy by just eating the correct food , it work for me
So it can work for others
Do your own study Cuz , what it is , some food have serious effect on the body , so no nutrition in food make no sense in eating ,
This process only mash up one liver kidney and stomach , after all this process , of zero value is achieved it make no sense
I certainly could stop drinking as much juice as I currently seem to be doing. Started back training today so the tummy bump is going back down
