I don't think this is anything to concern yourself over too much. What you're seeing here is what looks to be Google fussing over the fact that your template doesn't have authorship coded into it, but they've retired that anyway.
If you want to eliminate these errors you can move to a theme that supports authorship, or install the Yoast SEO plugin (which is better than All-in-One SEO anyway) and enable authorship. Link your Google+ profile and it goes away. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
You'd need to remove all-in-one-seo to do this, but beforehand you'd need to import your SEO data into Yoast using this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/seo-data-transporter/.
Or you could just not worry about it. ;)
Hi Craig, thanks for your help! :) Anyway, I just found out Google removes author photos from search so I might be put my time focus on my website content building. Thanks for your suggestion~
I got to your site...a lot of moving things on there...anyway, I am able to click on all your Pages and no errors...is this your site?

Don't worry about it, authorship doesn't matter anymore.
So do you mean that google authorship does not important anymore?
It's not important, and it doesn't exist.
