Starting An Online Business For Free
That's one of the real drawcards of Wealthy Affiliate: With the option of actually starting an online business for free, it really doesn't get any better than that.
Of course, technically it's a free trial, but members can remain free for as long as they desire, do some of the training and build and host 2 free websites. So, in actual fact, it definitely is possible to start an online business for free here on the WA platform.
Of course it's wise to upgrade to the paid Premium Membership, as it opens the doors to all the training and so many more tools and opportunities, but the fact remains that anyone and everyone who has access to the internet can start up an online business for free when they join Wealthy Affiliate as a Starter Member.
Maybe there are other training platforms out there that offer a free trial. I haven't seen one, but there could be some. Generally free trials have a time limit. I know the WA one does as well, but there is no real time limit on having to upgrade, other than taking advantage of the discount and maintaining access to everything the site offers. It's not like after 7 days or 30 days money starts being deducted off your credit card. We don't even need to submit CC details when we join; only when we do decide to take the plunge and upgrade to Premium.
It really is a great deal here. I'm actually surprised by the number of referrals who join up and then never take it a single step further. Don't even complete their profile. For free, you would think everyone would at least have a good look around for a few days, put up at least a generic image, write a couple of words on their profile and interact a little to see what it's all about. But most actually don't. Kind of strange to me, considering the opportunity presented here.
Anyway, I'm glad I found this place, and if it wasn't for the free trial, at the time I may not have joined. So thank you Wealthy Affiliate for offering that.

I guess most people don't bother with what WA has to offer is because it's a little too much. Instead of digging in they stay out or in the back ground. If it's right for them, they will be back.
People may have been expecting to make money online right away. That does not happen, at least not legitimately.
It does not surprise me that so many people sign up for free and then don't do anything. Maybe I am just cynical. But I think these people are looking for the next shiny object.
I like this concept and have posted an article on my site "Start an online business for Free" offering a free e book in return for a an email address. I am using an autoresponder to then send them a link to WA sign up and a download page. Early days yet but I have had some response.
Yes, this is a fantastic opportunity. I'm glad I found this program. I don't really know why some people don't dive into this wonderful chance to change their lives. Maybe, it's fear of failure. Like I said, I don't really know. The good news is many people do proceed with the training. Have a good one.

The free trail is sure the main reason why people join at first. And once you start and see what WA has to offer, you get hooked and you become a premium member. The first month is anyhow less than half price.
I have to admit. What Kyle and Carson are doing is great marketing! We can learn from them!
