How do I do this without feeling bad
Ok guys I need some guidance here. I asked for site comments. however only one was from the specific audience that I am catering to.
The comment content was good from the other two commenters but I just don't know how to disapprove the comments without feeling terrible about it.
I say this because I know they actually took the time to read my content and comment on it .
What so I go guys? help( in my daffy duck voice lol)

I know it's hard but there are 3 things you can do:
1) edit them if you're OK spending your time on it,
2) reach out to them, explain the situation and ask them to write a new comment (and you "edit" their comment with their edited comment)
3) disapprove (with a good explanation).
I know disapproving is hard but it's YOUR business and it's your time and it's your money. I also hate disapproving so I end up wasting my time on editing the comments. But if I really feel annoyed then I just disapprove.
Taking the time to write doesn't mean taking the time to really read and leave a thoughtful comment that RELATES to your article...
I always say: "if you do something, do it well".
That's real though Zarina. everything your saying is so true. especially when something is being catered to a specific audience. So it is a bit frustrating. so advice taken and will be followed accordingly.
I'm loving WA so much more with you beautifully helpful people.

Just give your reasons as this will help the person learn how to do comments more efficiently as they learn

ok great I didn't know you could still reply to the person when you disapprove lol. That makes me feel alittle better. I guess it's all apart of business lol

Hello,
Don't be afraid to disapprove but do it by explaining why. We are all here to improve and learn and if some comments are a
handicap it will help these persons to do better
next time.
