sorry to badge in ma, just that paying my yearly subscription from here in Nigeria amount to closely 300,000 Nigerian Naira and it wasn't easy for me to come by. in case I didn't meet up with the fund btw now and December ie 3 months ahead, I will be forced to sorrowfully depart from my beloved WA platform due to lack of fund.
so my question is this; how can one sell his websites here in WA? and how can you retain any website you don't want to sell?
You can search on selling websites and see if there is any info there. And in one of the replies I received, someone asked if I was interested in selling my site. You might want to ask them.
If you want to keep the entire website you'll have to have someone else host it. But if you just want to retain the domain name, even if that is with wa, you will still keep that after you cancel.

Great question. Let me see if I can help you with it. Okay, There are several factors that are used in ranking a site. First, you said your site is new. The search engines want to make sure you are serious before giving you high rankings. So they want to see constant new, unique, and useful content being produced. Ideally a few posts per week, more is better but don't burn yourself out.
Now ranking for a specific term you need to look at the competition too. So if you try to rank for "Best place to buy an iPhone x" you will probably not rank on the first page for a long long time. Because everything on the first page is very high authority sites or retailers. This is due to the LSI. It doesn't matter what the QSR is at that time.
Now those sites that are ranking for the same term you are trying to probably are older than your site, have more content on their site, have more authority, more backlinks, and more social cues. While they don't have the exact search term, the search engines have determined that the content still matches the search term.
As you build your site out you will find that you benefit from this as well, over time. For example, I have many search terms that I rank for, yet never wrote an article targeting those exact keywords.
So my advice is don't rush things. Take your time and keep building out your website and following the lessons. As you build out everything you will start seeing your content rankings going up. As they go up you will get more and more visitors. The more visitors (real people) you get the higher your rankings go if you have good content.

I do have articles that are indexed, but site content doesn't show that it is? Does it take time (over a day) to update?
